By clicking "I agree" below, I agree that I have read and fully understand the following WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

In consideration of the participant(s) being permitted to participate in ProSkate's on-ice Activities in conjunction with ProSkate, we do hereby release and discharge ProSkate directors, agents, employees and any other person, corporation or partnership-connected herewith from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims, or demands which we will, shall or may hereinafter have, suffer or receive by reason of such participation in any program at ProSkate. This release shall be binding on our heirs, assigns, executors and administrators. For allowing me to participate in the Saint Paul School Family Winter Fun event at ProSkate, I agree, to the fullest extent permitted as follows: TO WAIVE ALL CLAIM that I have or may have against ProSkate from all liability from any loss or damage, injury or expense that I or my next of kin may suffer, arising out of ice skating, from any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of ProSkate in the operation, supervision, design or maintenance of Proskate.
