It's wonderful to have the children back at school. We are excited that our 8th graders will be receiving the sacrament of Confirmation, this Saturday, April 24th and our second graders will be receiving First Communion on May 1st. All of their teachers have worked hard to prepare them for the receiving of their sacraments. Please keep the students in your prayers.

Attached please find the Stations of the Cross slide show created by our 6th grade students. We worked on an audio component and unfortunately, I was not able to send that version. Rest assure that the 6th graders will be hard at work during the remote week and you will be able to experience what was intended.

If your child is in need of a Chrome Book for the remote learning week of April 12th- 16th, please let us know by 10am so that we may send it home with them today. If you have already notified us, no need to reach out again. Please email Mrs. Rooney- srooney@spsprinceton.org.
Thank you to all our families who have already completed the re-enrollment process for the 2021-2022 school year. If you have not completed re-enrollment for your child(ren) yet, we ask that you please do so as soon as possible. The deadline to complete re-enrollment was Friday, March 26th. Your cooperation in completing this process is critical to our planning for the upcoming school year.
The Shamrock Auction was a huge success! Thank you to our PTA Officers: Janice Hillsdon, EmmaLee Italia, and Pam Mulligan who made it all come together. I would also like to thank all who volunteered to help. It certainly takes many hands… I am overwhelmed by your generosity, all in support of the children at St. Paul School.
Dear Parents, Please read this notice from our school nurse, Ms. Palumbo, regarding travel over the Easter break. A reminder if you are planning travel over the Easter break, April 2nd-11th. Please reach out to us for purposes of planning for remote learning when we return on April 12th and let our school nurse, Ms. Palumbo, know of your travel plans. You may include both of us on one email. There are NO plans for all remote learning after Easter break.

You may have heard the wonderful news from your children, but the SPS family is growing. Congratulations to Mr. Smolinski and his wife, Janine! They gave birth to a beautiful boy just this morning! Griffin Stanley Smolinski weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz. We pray for continued blessings for the Smolinski family! His picture is below.

Questions are arising as families look ahead to plans for Easter break scheduled for April 2-11. Included below are links to the NJ state, CDC and US state department websites which include the following recommendations for returning to school/work and quarantine post travel upon return home:
On Monday during the school day, we learned that a classmate of your child’s was identified as a close contact of a positive person. After learning of this, that student left school and had a PCR test which was reported positive today.
Today we learned that a classmate of your child’s started feeling ill on Friday evening, January 22, 2021. The child was PCR tested on Saturday, January 23, 2021 and the COVID 19 test is reported positive today. The virus is considered infectious for 48 hours prior to symptom onset which would include Thursday and Friday, January 21st and 22nd, 2021 when all in-school learners in K2 were in attendance.
Yesterday we were told that a student in 5B has close household contact that tested positive for Covid-19. The student in 5B was tested after school and today that PCR result is positive for Covid 19. Our classes are cohorted.
Today we learned that a student in your child’s 5B class is a household contact of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 today. The chain of transmission for the virus is directly from a positive person to another person.
We have received an update today on your child’s classmates’ PCR COVID test that was done on Tuesday, January 5th. The result today is positive for COVID 19.
